In October-November 2009 we were welcomed in Nepal by Thakur of Himalaya Heart.

Our main goals were the Annapurna trek, Pokhara and sightseeing in the Kathmandu valley. A stay of 22 days for a group of 10; men and women, aging from 40 to 66 and all more or less fit.

Some members of the group knew Himalaya Heart and Thakur already. Thakur had guided them in Nepal twice before and they were very positive about him and his agency.

I can only confirm the excellent quality of service Thakur and his agency offers. We have been taken care off, from landing till take off. No worries at all. Best quality transport, lodging and food at all times. I was not expecting the level of comfort Thakur has provided to us.

Besides being a very professional guide, Thakur is also an intelligent and warm person who is a perfect host. He knows his country but he also knows the world.

About Nepal ? You can have a love/hate relationship with the country. You can hate the human condition of so many Nepalese, the pollution, the political system, but you will definitely love the kindness of the (many) people and the magnificence of its nature.

I’ll go back ! There are so many things left to be seen. I hope Thakur will be my guide.
